What We Do
Blue Slip Winery brings in Tennessee grown grapes and fruit from local vineyards and orchards to process fresh fruit into artisan wines that are bottled and sold in our urban winery.
Blue Slip Winery is Knoxville’s first winery and Tennessee’s first urban winery. We are located in Knoxville’s Old City District at 105 B. West Jackson Avenue. We are in a cellar like dwelling located in the basement of the Hewgley Building.
By handcrafting our wines in small batches we are able to offer a vast variety of artisan wines at an affordable price. We have whites, reds, dry and sweet. But, you better hurry as we often sell out of some of our wines quite fast.
We have fruit wines, including Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Peach and Blackberry. All of our fruit wines are 100% Tennessee grown.
